GEM Autocurator, licence

This repository contains three kinds of material with three different sets of
terms. Read all three before you reuse anything.

2. THE DEPLOYED WEB BUNDLE: GPL-3.0-or-later
---------------------------------------------

The site published from docs/ is a combined work. docs/autocurator.js imports
docs/vendor/glpk.esm.js, which is glpk.js 4.0.1 (GPL-3.0), embedding GLPK 5.0
(GPL-3.0). Because that GPL-3.0 code is both distributed and executed as part
of the page, the combined bundle as published is distributed under the GNU
General Public License, version 3 or (at your option) any later version.

The verbatim GPL-3.0 text is at docs/vendor/GLPK-LICENSE. The corresponding
source for the solver is github.com/jvail/glpk.js at v4.0.1, which builds GLPK
5.0 from www.gnu.org/software/glpk/.

Clause 1 above is not weakened by this: the original code stays MIT and can be
taken and reused on MIT terms. It is the *bundle that ships with the GPL solver*
that is GPL-3.0.


3. BUNDLED THIRD-PARTY DATA: NOT COVERED BY EITHER OF THE ABOVE
----------------------------------------------------------------

docs/data/ redistributes 16.5 MB derived from MetaNetX/MNXref, the ModelSEED
Biochemistry Database and BiGG Models. None of it can be relicensed by this
project. Two of those terms restrict what this repository's own licences would
otherwise allow:

  * BiGG Models is "All Rights Reserved" with permission granted only for
    educational, research and non-profit use; other use requires a written
    agreement with The Regents of the University of California.
  * KEGG-sourced content, which reaches this bundle through MNXref
    cross-references, requires a licence agreement for any non-academic or
    commercial use.

Per-source versions, retrieval dates, checksums, licences and citations are in
THIRD_PARTY.md. Read it before redistributing this bundle or using it
commercially.
